PoliteMail works together with your version of Microsoft Outlook, adding email marketing capabilities to the Outlook interface you already know how to use. Features like attractive email templates, mailing list and contact management, mail merge, email content management, as well as email response tracking and CAN-SPAM compliance, are now all taken care of right within Outlook. And unlike online email services, your bulk and direct email may still be sent and received through your own authentic Exchange or POP mail server, meaning you significantly reduce the risk of delivery headaches.
Your mailing lists, contact info, email content (like templates, links and attachments) and response metrics are all sharable with other PoliteMail users on your account. This is made possible by the included PoliteMail.Net service. All your PoliteMail data is securely stored on this centralized database server, which your PoliteMail software simply connects to using your standard internet connection. No IT involvement is necessary to get PoliteMail up and running, and it only takes about half and hour to get going.
